Today marks the beginning of an exciting challenge: preparing for the Salesforce AI Specialist certification in just one week. 

As a Salesforce Consultant and passionate learner, I thrive on diving into new technologies, and AI is an area that's redefining the future of CRM and beyond. 

This journey isn't just about earning a badge - it's about equipping myself with the skills to help businesses harness AI to supercharge their Salesforce environments.

Why Salesforce AI Specialist?

The Game Plan


With only 7 days to prepare, I’m structuring my learning to maximize productivity and focus. Here's the roadmap:

Day 1: Understand the Exam Guide

  • Study the exam guide to identify key areas: Data Readiness, AI Basics, Einstein Platform, Use Cases, and Governance.
  • Pinpoint knowledge gaps to focus my study efforts.

Day 2-4: Deep Dive into Key Topics

  • Einstein Basics: Explore Einstein GPT, Next Best Action, and Discovery.
  • Data Preparation: Learn about clean, structured data essential for AI success in Salesforce.
  • AI Models: Study prediction and classification models available in Salesforce.
  • Use Cases: Research real-world applications of Salesforce AI across industries.

    Day 5: Hands-On Practice

    • Build test environments to implement AI tools like Einstein Bots and Next Best Action.
    • Tackle Trailhead modules and projects related to the certification.

    Day 6: Practice Tests

    • Attempt multiple practice exams to gauge readiness.
    • Identify weak areas and revisit resources to close gaps.

    Day 7: Final Review and Exam Day Prep

    • Focus on high-impact topics.
    • Practice mindfulness techniques to stay calm during the exam.

    With the Salesforce Spring ‘25 release , new Lightning Web Security (LWS) restrictions are causing headaches for developers who use iframes in their applications.
