Day Four: Hands-On with Salesforce AI – Building the Orchestra ๐ถ
Hello! ๐ต
With just 36 hours left until the Salesforce AI Specialist Certification exam, today was all about getting my hands dirty with practical, hands-on experience. The goal? Take the tools I’ve been learning and test them in a realistic scenario.
If you’ve missed my earlier updates, check out the journey so far:
What I Did Today
Created a New Environment:
- I spun up a fresh Salesforce org, installed the necessary apps, and enabled AI functionality. This setup laid the foundation for testing and building workflows aligned with the certification.
A 4-Hour Personal Challenge:
- I created a complex business case to stretch my understanding of AI tools like Prompt Builder, Flows, Topics, Actions, and Agent.
- The case initially felt overwhelming, but breaking it down into smaller, actionable steps simplified the process. Decomposition is truly the key to solving large-scale problems.
Tried and Tested the Tools:
- I worked with Prompt Builder to create AI-driven prompts.
- Used Flows for automating processes.
- Integrated Topics and Actions to create conversational elements for an Einstein Copilot scenario.
- Enabled the Agent to simulate real-world customer interactions.
Tomorrow’s Plan
- Fine-Tuning the Orchestra: I will focus on harmonizing all these components to create a seamless AI-driven experience.
- Review Certification Requirements: With the exam just around the corner, I’ll revisit the exam guide and do a final review of any weak areas.
Time Spent
Today’s hands-on deep dive took about 4 hours, and it was time well spent. Every interaction with the tools brought new insights.
Tick-Tock: The Countdown Begins
The pressure is on with 36 hours left until the exam, but the progress so far has been motivating. Tomorrow is all about polish and practice—getting every piece of this AI-powered orchestra in sync.
Have you tried integrating tools like Prompt Builder with Flows and Einstein Copilot? I’d love to hear your tips or stories in the comments!
Onward to the finish line!
